To use Mexi Pel, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Tasks are assigned to users by platform administrators based on user qualifications and availability. Assignment does not constitute an employment relationship.
All submitted work must:
Tasks must be completed and submitted by the specified deadline. Late submissions may be rejected without payment. Extensions are granted only in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
You will earn the amount specified for each task upon approval of your submission. Payment amounts are determined by task complexity and are non-negotiable.
Approved earnings are credited to your wallet immediately. You may request withdrawals once your balance reaches the minimum threshold of $50.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 hours during business days. We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing withdrawals.
If your submission is rejected, no payment will be issued. Rejection reasons will be provided, and you may have the opportunity to resubmit depending on the circumstances.
Upon payment, all rights to submitted work transfer to Mexi Pel or its clients. You retain no rights to the completed work after submission and payment.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Mexi Pel and protected by copyright laws.

We reserve the right to suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity. During suspension, you cannot access tasks or submit work.
We may terminate your account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, any pending earnings may be forfeited.
If your account is suspended or terminated, you may contact support to appeal the decision within 14 days.
Mexi Pel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you earned in the previous 90 days.
Users are independent contractors, not employees of Mexi Pel. This agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. You are responsible for your own taxes and benefits.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using Mexi Pel, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mexi Pel operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
